  2. To provide Knowledge base and consultancy services to the community in all areas of Civil Engineering with advanced Laboratories.
  3. To promote innovative & original thinking among the students to face the future challenges

Program Educational Objectives:

PEO1 : To Provide students with a wide range of engineering fundamentals to innovate, design and develop products related to civil engineering field to solve real life problems.

PEO2 : To prepare students to succeed in Employment or to persue higher studies in civil engineering discipline on in allied engineering discipline.

PEO3 : To develop the attitude of Professionalism, ethical approach, communication skill and team work in their profession.

 

Program Specific Outcomes:

After Completion of the Program Students will be able to:

PSO1: Analyze & design Civil Engineering structures using advanced technology & softwares considering safety, serviceability, economy and environmental factors.

PSO2: Survey, map, plan & make layouts for buildings & other structures using advanced Instruments.

PSO3:  Plan , analyze and design water resources systems with effectiveness & sustainability considerations.

  1. Basic and Discipline specific knowledge: Apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science and engineering fundamentals and engineering specialization to solve the engineering problems.
  2. Problem analysis: Identify and analyses well-defined engineering problems using codified standard methods.
  3. Design/ development of solutions: Design solutions for well-defined technical problems and assist with the design of systems components or processes to meet specified needs.
  4. Engineering Tools, Experimentation and Testing: Apply modern engineering tools and appropriate technique to conduct standard tests and measurements.
  5. Engineering practices for society, sustainability, and environment: Apply appropriate technology in context of society, sustainability, environment, and ethical practices.
  6. Project Management: Use engineering management principles individually, as a team member or a leader to manage projects and effectively communicate about well-defined engineering activities
  7. Life-long learning: Ability to analyse individual needs and engage in updating in the context of technological changes.
